Kiss Me by Isehan Heroine Make Jewelry Eyes

Summer hues and summer inspired color palettes were a must these days and I'm lucky enough to have my own Kiss Me Heroine Make Jewelry eye in Yellow Sapphire and Pink Amethyst. Yellow and pink for the eyelids? Yes! It's not the bright yellow and bright pink eyeshadows that you think, it's more on the sheer and shimmery side paired with glittery neutral eyeshadows on the same palette.
The eyeshadows were soft to touch, the texture and consistency were like the fusion of cream and mousse. In terms of color pay off and pigmentation, it's exceptional. The fine glitters can easily brighten the eyes, and the best part of it is that it has its own shimmery cream type base/primer. The eyeshadow primer itself is already glittery, then once the other eyeshadows were applied and layered on, brace yourselves for the explosion of glitters and pigments.

Available in four shades: Yellow Sapphire, Beige Gold, Pink Amethyst and
I have lots of ideas on how to wear them or what to pair them but I'm still too busy to recreate different look these days. Though I don't have much time to play with colors I often grab for the Yellow Sapphire palette for my everyday neutral eyes. Pink amethyst were actually meant for fair skinned girls but I prefer those with anything gold in it.

Swatches

Yellow Sapphire
It has pearl-white cream base, glittery vanilla eyeshadow for brow bones and outer crease, yellow gold eyeshadow for inner crease and dark silver eyeshadow for outer V and eyelining.

Pink Amethyst
It has pale pink cream base, white gold eyeshadow for outer crease and brow bones, baby pink glittery eyeshadow for inner crease and purplish grey eyeshadow for outer V and eyelining.

Thumbs Up

- it already has e a primer/eyeshadow base in one compact so the rest of the eyeshadow is guaranteed to stay in place sinc eit has something to adhere with. The primer also helps to make the colors pop out even more and intensifies the glitters.

- each shades complement each other for easier mixing and matching.
- there's a step by step procedure for the eyeshadow application at the back of its packaging so you'll know where to apply and which eyeshadow to use
-The applicator has dual purpose. The bigger flat one's for applying eyeshadow on the crease and browbones, while the pointed one's for outer v and eyelining.

- very pigmented and glittery

- It has a staying power and almost waterproof/rub proof. I tried to rub it off when I don't want the glitters anymore but nothing has changed, still glittery as ever.
- it's actually cheap, considering the good color pay off and quality.
- the lighter shades can be used as a highlighter. I used it for highlighting my brow bones, bridge of my nose, cheekbones and my lip's cupid's bow.

Thumbs Down
- the primer isn't those for oily eyelids coz it's cream type. there's a chance of eyeshadow creasing if used on oily lids.
- if you're not a fan of glittery and shimmery eyeshadows then this one's not for you.
- an oil based eye makeup remover's a must for removing those tiny glitters.

Fresh looking makeup if eye jewelries were used on eyelids, brow bone and cheekbones
My selfie of my FOTD using Kiss me by Isehan Heroine Make Eye Jewelry in Yellow Sapphire. All pictures were taken using my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone ( my new blog buddy!)
I love the eyeshadows. I have a penchant these days for everything gold, and finally I've found a replacement for my old favorite eyeshadow from Maybelline (Eyestudio Diamond Eyeshadow) that has been discontinued. They're almost similar to each other, but Kiss Me eye jewelry's more glittery. Now my next wishlist is to buy Kiss Me Eye Jewelry in Beige Gold.

My cousin Atta Marie will soon be reviewing the Pink Amethyst palette on her blog, so watch out for that. Thanks for reading!

Spring Greens

It's March! Can't believe I can really write monthly and have time prepping up and doing several fun looks. I'll be sharing with you a colorful eye makeup I did just in time for spring. Though in my country we've never had four seasons, I've already experienced the transition of beautiful colors all year round just using my colorful makeup palette. All we need is just creativity and think of those colors that best resemble the beauty of newly bloomed flowers and leaves.
I'm actually thinking of colorful petals on my eyelids but I'm not in the mood to blend pinks, yellow, and orange on my eyelids so I thought I should just play up with different shades of green and just use pinks and corals on my lips and cheeks. I skipped using false eyelashes coz I couldn't find my eyelash glue. My little cousin played with it again and I'm sure it's lost forever.
my take on fresh greens and glowing lips and cheeks

Kim Kardashian Double Winged Liner ~ Sexy Nude Inspired Makeup

Hello there lovelies! It's my 28th birthday! I'm old I know :) Today I have the guts and urge to recreate one of my favorite makeup looks from Kim Kardashian. I was just browsing through some of her photos then all of a sudden I took my magic brushes and transformed myself..
just to perk up my day.

Today's look is inspired by this beautiful bombshell that was transformed by her glam quad.
How I wish I have my own glam squad as well. I only have myself. The only person I can depend on.

My favorite makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic usually spends more than 2 hours for Kim's makeup. Unlike Kourtney, more than 20 minutes is too long for her. Whereas for me I skipped all the contouring, bronzing and more illuminating parts so it just took me 30 minutes to finish this look. Kim wore this for her birthday dinner in Vegas. 2 hours of makeup is a bit acceptable. I just stayed in my house to it'll be a total waste of makeup and time if I glam it up more.

Here are the products I used in achieving this Sexy Nude look.

Face
Revlon Photoready Cream Foundation in Shell
Sugar Skull Cosmetics Concealer Palette
Diorskin Forever Compact by Christian Dior 020 Beige Eclair
Elizabeth Arden Powder Foundation
Maybelline mineral foundation as finishing veil

Eyes
Sugar Skull Cosmetics 88 Earth Palette
Christian Dior Fards A Paupieres (silver ones)
Diorshow Mascara in Noir
Christian Dior Mini Crayon Eyeliner in Noir
Etude House Code B gel eyeliner in Strong black
Glintz False eyelashes

Cheeks
Nars Orgasm and Laguna Duo
Etude House Crystal Tear Powder in Crystal Gold

Lips
Sugar Skull Cosmetics dark concealer
Mac Lipglass in C-thru

The combination of a dark peachy toned concealer and Mac's C-thru has resulted into this
gorgeous nude lip. It's beautiful but it still wouldn't beat the Mac Angel ~ Nars Turkish Delight combo which is Kim K's all time favorite.

You can also use the combo of Mac Shy girl and Mac C-thru.

You can also try this delicious smelling lip gloss from Candies.
The shade's name is Madeleine. Also Clinique Chubby Sticks were good. I've used mine a lot.

Since I only did it for 30 mins and I was just wearing a shirt I skip adding gold illuminators
for my decolletage. Here Kim has them which adds beauty to her tanned skin.

For shimmer and glitters I swear by my Etude House Tear Powder in Crystal Gold Tear.
It works everytime. I love it.

For the process on how Mario and Rob Scheppy turned her into a gorgeous glowing diva on her big day, here's the step by step picture. The whole beautifying process took 2 hours.

I'm not sure what arethose products used for the rest of her face, but the mascara looks like
L'oreal's Voluminous mascara in Carbon Black. For her lips I heard it's the combination of
Mac Lipstick in Ravishing and Mac Lipglass in Florabundance.

I always look forward for Kim's makeup on her birthday. It's always jaw dropping.

More Kim~Mario Collaborations

He even did Kim's makeup for her first wedding with Kris Humphries and her second wedding with Kanye West.

More of my fave nude looks from Kim

Admit it or not, we like her. She's one of the most searched in terms of beauty and fashion. First time I learned about Kim K was when when I was watching E! and she went to a salon to get a tan, but she wants gold particles airbrushed on her. Most receptionists from those salons said they don't have it and  they didn't even give her a second look coz she wasn't big that time, but I rooted for her after that coz she's really pretty.I even couldn't remember "Kardashian". Very middle eastern family name. This was her first photoshoot that I saw.

Through an interview she was even defending herself that she comes
from a family with big boobs and big butts.

**yes after the britney addiction era, I'm a self confessed Kim K fanatic.**

But lately her signature look has changed. Aside from dyeing her hair blonde, she's going in for a vampy look..which is towards my direction..

Very Cherish. **evil laugh**

As for a good makeup remover, I couldn't tell you the best one, but I have a real-life makeup remover. I'm not kidding. yep he even pulled my lashes... in a painful way.

Just Kidding! Here's what I use to remove my makeup.
Clinique's Take the Day Off Makeup Remover.

Thanks for reading my post for today!
You can share your tips to achieve Kimmy's look too.

Long Hiatus!! May Updates and Work FOTDs

How are you lovelies? I've been out for a while, and I even forgot my blogger password!
Thanks God I've recovered it, after 1234567x attempts. I've been pretty busy lately balancing my time with my work, and with my new family. However I do enjoy being busy coz I've been idle for almost 2 years. It's nice to get back on track, put my make up and heels on, meet new people, and I do miss challenges.Though I left the house already glammed up, my work station has still been like this before starting the shift.

Bag: XOXO Shiny Black Vinyl Carved Hearts Bag
Makeups: Mac Heatherette Compact that contains my favorite powder.
Elf eyeshadow case that contains my two favorite smokey brown shades.
Elf compact that contaeins my favorite cream concealer
Revlon eyelash curler
Estee Lauder Voluminous Mascara
Clinique eyeshadow duo with powder blush kit
Dolce and Gabbana The One Desire Eau De Toilette

I'm loving Mac's Russian Red for work. They're giving me compliments for it.
Both male and female co-workers were telling me that I rock the red lips,
and it matches my haircolor so well. Since I believe them, I always wear it.

I've had different FOTDs depending on my mood...
I wear bold red lipstick matched with cat eyes if I feel relaxed or If I get enough sleep.

Other than that I'm fine with a pinky coral lippie or I'm in for a
faux glow look. I have to fake that glow and conceal those eyebags.. haha.

I do makeups and she does create beautiful hair braids.

My makeup box has also been growing again and adding its new family member..

My all time favorite scent from Victoria's Secret Garden
"Pear Glace"

I had it since high school as my signature scent, and I'm still keeping it and it really reminds me of  the old times. Nostalgic indeed.

I also frequently bump into my male bestbud that I've known since I was seven years old. We even go to work and go home together.

for my FOTD here I'm using Revlon Colorstay Foundation,
Dior Skin Forever Compact by Christian Dior
Blue eyeshadows from Sugar Skull Cosmetics 78 Color Block Palette
Mac Hello Kitty Powder Blush in Tippy
Etude House VIP Girl Lipstick in PK006

It was a co-incident when we both found out we're wearing blue collared tees.
We had our selfie when our shift ended. He was laughing at my eyeshadow coz it's blue.
I always look funny for him, I don't know.. he always makes fun of me and laugh..
and when he laughs, it's the funniest laugh ever!

For my next blog post it's going to be really long and less pictures coz I'll be expressing my own opinion regarding "copycats" well it doesn't just apply to me. You'll find out soon.
I'm doing it for someone as well.

I'll update you lovelies more often, and maybe do and recreate crazy makeup looks again.
Til next time! ^_^
